Journal “Artificial Intelligence” is a periodical scientific publication recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for publishing the main results of scientific researches in the branches of "Physical-mathematical sciences" and "Technical sciences" in order to cover the new scientific and practical results, which were not previously published in the open press.

Scientific manuscripts to be submitted for consideration:

Conceptual and theoretical problems of artificial intelligence and modeling. Biocybernetic and physical foundations of intelligence. Mechatronics and Robotics. Intelligent technologies in communication systems. Intelligent learning systems. Natural language systems. Visual object recognition and perception systems. Software and hardware means of intelligent systems. Intelligent decision technologies. Theory and means of computational intelligence. Applied Intelligent Technologies and Systems. Messages, discussions, letters to the editor.

Languages: Ukrainian, English, Russian. It is advisable to submit articles in English

According to the Resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine dated 15.01.2003 № 7-05 / 1, scientific articles for publication should have such necessary elements: statement of the problem in the general form and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks; analysis of recent research and publications on the issue, highlighting previously unresolved parts of the overall problem the article focuses on; formulation of the research goal and problem statement; presentation of the main research material with full justification of the scientific results; conclusions from this research and prospects for further developments in this area.


Manuscripts must be carefully edited and laid out as required:

1. Article size 10-15 pages, including pictures, tables, graphs, bibliographic description of sources and UDC index.

2. Author's name, title of the article, title and address of the institution in the original language and in English.

3. Annotations (summary of results) (500 graphic characters) in Ukrainian and in English.

Keywords: 4-6 words (word combinations), none of which duplicate words from the article title.

ORCID of the author of the article (if it is a teamwork there should be ORCID of no less than one author).

4. Summary in English of not less than 1800 characters (0.5-1 pages) (order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine №32 dated January 15, 2018) with translation into Ukrainian. The summary should be clear and informative, reflecting the main content of the article, structured, written in good English. The abstract should include an introductory sentence, a brief description of the research methods, a description of the main results (50-70% of the abstract volume) and concise conclusions or prospects for further research. The terminology of relevant international English language journals should be used in the text.

5. Mathematical and other formulas, tables, graphs are displayed by the author in the margins of the page.

6. The description of bibliographic sources (preferably not less than 15 items) is given in the common list at the end of the article in alphabetical order (references in the text is given in Arabic numerals in square brackets) in the original language. The list of references is in accordance with the requirements of the APA - American Psychological Association (samples of APA format can be found here: http://liu.cwp.libguides.com/citapa).

When referencing an article, the DOI of the article is required in the bibliographic description. (You can check the DOI at www.crossref.org).

The transliterated description of bibliographic sources, which is a complete analogue of the bibliographic description, is performed by transliteration using the Latin alphabet. References to English sources are not transliterated. The transliteration of the Ukrainian language using Latin alphabet is performed on the basis of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 55 dated January 27, 2010. (http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/55-2010-%D0%BF), transliteration of Russian language is based on GOST 7.79-2000 (ISO 9-95) (http://protect.gost.ru/document.aspx?control=7&id=130715). It is recommended to use automatic transliteration tools (http://translit.net).

7. The article should be prepared using a Microsoft Word text editor. Font - Times New Roman, size of type - 12 pt, spacing - 1.5 pt, indentation - 1 cm. UDC, authors' names and initials, place of work, city, country; article title - 14 pt, abstract and keywords - 10 pt, article text; subheadings - 12 pt. Page margins: all 3 cm; formulas as well as individual formula elements in Microsoft Equation Editor 3.0; tables, figures and graphs are arranged in the order in the text; the drawings are grouped in black and white.

8. Manuscript signed by the author (s) in duplicate (single-sided) on A4 paper in accordance with the template (article template http://ipai.net.ua/docs/Shablon.doc).


For submission:

1. The manuscript in two authentic copies and in electronic form.

2. Cover letter from the organization (recommendation for publication), on the official form of the organization.

3. The act of examination on the possibility of publishing the article in open press.

4. A third-party review signed by a PhD specialist in the particular field.

5. Submission of article for publication.

6. Author (s) information: Full name, degree and title, place of work and position, address of organization and place of residence, telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.

7. License agreement signed by the author (see here http://ipai.net.ua/docs/Shablon.doc).

1. Submissions may be sent by e-mail, with further mandatory duplication on paper.

2. Changes may be made to the article without agreement with the author.

3. A proofreading of the article is sent to the author by e-mail. No changes, except for correcting mistakes and omissions, are allowed (tick markup). The corrected and signed proofreading should be returned b to the editorial office within two days after receipt.

4. All articles are reviewed. The final decision on publication is made by the Editorial Board. If the manuscript is rejected, one copy is returned to the author.

5. A manuscript which doesn’t meet the requirements will not be registered and reviewed, and will be returned to the author for revision.
