Decisions of the XVIІ International Scientific and Technical Conference "ARTIFICIAL INTELLECTUAL AND INTELLECTUAL SYSTEMS" (AIIS’2017)

Participants of the conference stated the following:

The fields of application of artificial intelligence are unlimited and together with mathematical and informational means allow to obtain decisive competitive advantages in the modern world. The use of intelligent systems and tools in socially relevant application tasks allows to achieve a better results: tasks related to inclusive education, social adaptation of people with special needs, diagnostic systems, the use of intellectual systems and medicine, the tasks of enhancing the defense and security of the country, technical systems of diagnostics.

Despite the rapid development of artificial intelligence in the world, it lacks a coherent interdisciplinary scientific theory. As a result, it is impossible to clearly identify the subjects of fundamental and applied research and concentrate resources for their successful implementation.

Conducted round table, scientific discussions and discussion of reports testify to the need for new conceptual approaches to artificial intelligence with connection to the conceptual apparatus in this field of definitions in the field of biological, psychological, philosophical sciences.

The general scientific, philosophical approaches to the study and research of artificial intelligence, and its role in the further development of the social sphere, do not cause differences.

The participants of the conference unanimously noted the scatteredness of Ukrainian national scientific schools and the need to concentrate efforts to solve stated problems and achieve significant innovative accomplishments in the field of artificial intelligence. In Ukraine, there is no sole ideological center of artificial intelligence, on the basis of which it would be possible to coordinate, concentrate and summarize the urgent fundamental and applied tasks of the present on this issue.

This year's conference showed the expansion of areas in multidisciplinary research and the availability of highly qualified scientists, specialists and educators, promising young people and capable students.

The main goal for the future of the conference is to represent and integrate scientific and pedagogical schools on artificial intelligence in national and international frameworks and formats.

Also, one of the keynote motifs of the conference, which was identified by the participants, was active participation in obtaining state funding for research and development on artificial intelligence and involvement of leading world scientists and specialists. Strengthen international cooperation to achieve a high level of fundamental and applied results.

The best reports of the conference participants and young scientists were also noted.

High scientific, methodical and organizational level of the conference was noted.

During the closing ceremony of the conference, the certificates of the conference participant were presented to the audience.
