International scientific and technical conference AIIS '2023

On October 10-11, 2023, the XXIII International Scientific and Technical Conference "Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems" (AIIS'2023) was held. The plenary session was held in the premises of the National Cyber Security Coordination Center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, and participation in plenary and sectional sessions was organized online.

78 scientists and entrepreneurs representing institutions and organizations from Ukraine, Poland and Japan took part in the conference. 25 scientific reports were heard and discussed. For the first time, this conference presented the further direction of fundamental research in the field of artificial intelligence in the conditions of a large-scale war. The Youth Scientific School "Systems and Means of Artificial Intelligence" was held as part of the conference. In the introductory speech and comments after the completion of the first report "Artificial Intelligence - Achievements and Prospects", Deputy Secretary of the NSDC Serhiy Vasyliovych Demediuk formed and substantiated the main areas of work of scientists in the field of artificial intelligence during the war in Ukraine.

The XXIII International Scientific and Technical Conference "Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems" (AIIS'2023) ended with the consideration of proposals for the creation of an information and coordination center for the implementation of the results of scientific developments in the security and defense system of Ukraine under the auspices of the National Cyber Security Coordination Center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine .
