XVI Anniversary International Scientific and Technical Conference "ARTIFICIAL INTELLECTUAL AND INTELLECTUAL SYSTEMS" (AIIS'2016) dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence Problems under MES and NAS of Ukraine was held on November 29-30, 2016 at the Faculty of Computer Science and Cybernetics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

The conference was held in the following scientific fields:

Conceptual, philosophical and methodological problems of creation of artificial intelligence systems; algorithmic and software parallel computing intelligent systems; human-machine interfaces; knowledge-oriented decision support systems; neural networks and neural network technologies; problems of information systems security; cyber-physical systems.

A wide range of theoretical and applied problems of creating artificial intelligence systems, decision support systems, forecasting and control, parallel computing, neural network technologies, image processing systems, analysis, understanding and synthesis of natural-language texts, gesture recognition in human machine interfaces, control of unmanned land and air vehicles, information support of robotic systems was discussed at plenary and sectional meetings.

A traditional round table "Topical Issues of Artificial Intelligence and Modern Informatics"was held.

The conference was held with high interest of participants from Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan.

Based on the results of the reports, the best reports of the conference sections and the best reports of young scientists were determined.

The scientific community of Ukraine and another foreign countries discussed and formulated the Decisions of the conference.

There was a solemn Certificate of the Participant of the Conference awarding ceremony.
