III International Forum "INNOVATION MARKET"
On November 21-23, 2018, the III International Forum "INNOVATION MARKET" took place in the International Exhibition Center (Kyiv, Brovarsky Ave., 15).
The forum was held in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2016 № 864-r On holding the International Forum “INNOVATION MARKET”. The forum is organized with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The purpose of the Forum is to demonstrate Ukrainian and foreign innovations to find ways to implement them, attract investment in innovative projects in all sectors of the Ukrainian economy, provide assistance in finding grants, programs to support and implement innovative solutions, initiate necessary changes to legislation.
The Innovation Market is taking place for the third time and is a platform for discussing innovation and investment activities in education and science, ecology, energy, finance, trade, etc.
Innovative ideas, projects, inventions and developments in the most relevant areas of science were demonstrated at the Innovation Market exhibition area. Conferences were held within the forum, there was a Startup - alley and demo zone, where projects and expositions of higher education institutions, Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, NAS of Ukraine, commercial enterprises and scientific institutions were presented.
Higher education institutions and research institutions presented their developments to the target audience of consumers and representatives of government agencies, in particular, foreign embassies, chambers of commerce, associations, investment and financial institutions of Ukraine, as well as to get acquainted with mechanisms for attracting grant funds and access to stock. financing of innovative enterprises, learn about ways to commercialize their own developments, and in the competition of startup projects.
The forum was divided into several sections - ecology, energy, finance, intellectual property, education. Each section included conferences, exhibitions and thematic seminars.
A separate day of the Forum was dedicated to the development of startups. As part of it, a competition of startups was held, in which the Institute of Artificial Intelligence Problems team with the startup "Intellectual helmet for psychophysiological correction" also took part.
The exposition of the Institute was presented at two locations - in the general exposition of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and at the Startup Alley. Developments of scientists of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence Problems have aroused great interest among investors from Israel, Lithuania, Saudi Arabia, and representatives of national business.
